CHARIFLAW MOVES TO NEW MIAMI LOCATION

The Law Office of Spencer Charif moved to a new location at: 100 N Biscayne Blvd. Suite 1300, located in downtown Miami.  The new location is only 3 blocks from the Dade County Courthouse. 

"As we've grown, we needed to be closer to the courthouse to conduct business more efficiently" said Spencer at their recent grand opening event.  He also commented that he looks forward to serving and becoming more involved in the local community near the new location. 

$1.4 Million for CharifLaw Client

The Law Office of Spencer J. Charif recovered $1.35 Million from three trucking companies to resolve claims of negligence resulting in injuries to our client requiring surgery. The settlement sent shockwaves through the trucking and insurance industries.

Not Guilty verdict for for CharifLaw Client in DNA case

The state of Florida presented a case on charges of sexual battery, including direct accusations and DNA evidence consisting of a 1/300,000,000 match to the Client. The jury acquitted the client in 33 minutes.
