Attorney Spencer J. Charif began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami, and has been fighting for Clients since 2003.  

Spencer places special focus on client communication and has experience with cases of Business Disputes involving Intellectual Property, Contracts, Trade Secrets, Employee Contracts, Injunctions and other civil litigation. Spencer has tried all manner of civil cases including those above, and serious wrongful death and catastrophic injuries cases. He also regularly represents victims of commercial trucking accidents and nightclub premise liability.
